First things first introduction and why is this a website. Well, I, Brandon Childress, started my career in real estate working with “FSBO’s”. It was tough at first. Then after a few FSBO sales I learned what my fellow people were looking for, mind you some look for these things and some don’t but most of the time FSBOs want to:

 Try to sell on their own (maybe they’ve done it before and maybe they haven’t), they want to test the water (the market), they want to save their hard-earned equity by paying lower commissions or none (understandable), they don’t want to feel pressured to sell, maybe they want their own timeline, and maybe the feel they want their own terms. So, a combination/roughly more or less of the things listed above are what I’ve learned as why people opt to use a realtor and are successful and some at least attempt to and end up using one anyway because it didn't sell and quite frankly it is a full-time job on top of life’s other demanding pressures. Moving forward, as my time progressed as a realtor, and I got more experience under my belt I learned I could serve all those needs and still be a full-service agent along with some of my fellow colleagues.  We started by refining our offerings and what we charge to adapt to the new prices, evolving market, and simply helping clients by continuing giving them the one-on-one service they deserve.

-We keep commissions low (you must submit contact info & property info below to have commission relayed to you) and EVEN LOWER if you sell AND buy with us 

-We are commissioned just like traditional full-service agents, so we spend our own marketing money and work tirelessly because quite frankly our livelihood depends on it unlike a salaried agent 

- Full service means from time of meeting you to the time you close on your home sell or new purchase we are right there as your teammate giving advice, advocating on your behalf, negotiating contracts, writing/dissecting contracts, and working to achieve what you need. Available 7 days a week even after the 9-5 hours.

  -No cancellation fee tacked on besides paying for photos we took on your home during the listing agreement if you have to cancel before the 4–6-month agreement is up, 

-We can potentially help you upgrade your home before market (must be discussed after site visit and evaluation of price of repairs and sales price)

- We offer more services which will be introduced to you once you submit your information, and ONE SPECIAL INCENTIVE will be included in our introductory email.

We have one stipulation: you must have marketed on Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, or anywhere we can verify you were marketed as a FSBO for at least 21 days so we know you’ve tried and you can come to us a  tried and true FSBO that is happy and willing in a backup plan, because we like everyone to be HAPPY... that’s the mission of us and why I made this site /program.
